ORDER & SHIPPING

How long until my order arrives?

3-5 business days

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your order, so that you can reorder the correct item. It’s important to note that given how fast certain items sell out, we are unable to guarantee that your item(s) will be available after your order is cancelled.

I forgot to use my discount code.

Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust prices to finalised purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to leaving our facility. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your order, so that you can reorder with the discount applied. It’s important to note that given how fast certain items sell out, we are unable to guarantee that your item(s) will be available after your order is cancelled.

PRODUCTS

The item that I want is out of stock, when will it be available again?

In the event we sell out, we will restock as fast as possible.
To be notified when a product is restocked:


- Click the "Notify Me" tab on the right side of the screen


- Input your email and/or phone number


- As soon as we restock online, you will receive an email and/or a text message.

This does not guarantee you a restocked item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Any purchase from Kampsmart may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

- You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.

- Refunds for store credit only.

- Any damaged or incorrect items may be exchanged for a complimentary replacement / store credit, shipping fees covered (please provide images of damaged or incorrect items via email admin@kampsmart.co.

I received a defective product.

Once submitted, we will review your request for approval. Once we have approved
the defect you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with further
instructions and a RMA form to include in the returned package.

Am I responsible for return shipping?

If your product arrives damaged from the shipment process or isn’t what you ordered, we will send a replacement along with a prepaid shipping label for the customer to return the damaged product. Please contact admin@kampsmart.co if you have additional questions.

I sent back my return/exchange and I haven’t heard anything.

Rest assured, your return will be processed. We endeavour to respond as promptly as possible, however, to ensure a fast turn-around time on returns and exchanges, please do not email more than once regarding the same enquiry. Please be sure to get a tracking number when shipping items back to us. Before contacting us, please refer to the tracking number to check the status of the shipment. Upon being returned to our facility, we will typically process your return within 2-3 business days.
